1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to VisionForge Studio. By accessing or using our website, applications, APIs, or any other services provided by VisionForge Studio (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VisionForge Studio ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Services.
2. Eligibility

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Intellectual Property
The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by VisionForge Studio, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
License to Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by VisionForge Studio at any time.
Your Content
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services ("User Content"). By providing User Content to the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised to provide and promote the Services.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant the license set forth in this section, and that your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or any other rights of any person.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
- Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Upload, transmit, or distribute any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any other systems or networks connected to the Services
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
- Systematically retrieve data or content to create a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission
- Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site
- Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Services
6. Subscription and Payment Terms
Some of our Services may require payment for access to premium features or content ("Paid Services"). By subscribing to Paid Services, you agree to pay the specified fees. All fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for all applicable fees. If your payment cannot be completed, we may suspend or terminate your access to Paid Services.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. If we change the fees for a subscription, we will provide notice of the change on the site or by email, at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, including any accounts, at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will cease immediately.
Any provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination, will survive termination, including, but not limited to, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, TRUTHFULNESS, COMPLETENESS OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VISIONFORGE STUDIO OR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
- ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
- ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VisionForge Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
